Swim Program Director and Business Owner        Dolfun Swim Lessons        1978 - present

 

Created, developed, directed and managed swim lesson program at multiple locations in northern California East Bay Area, Southern California and Texas. Manage staff of certified swim teachers teaching babies and children to swim in community, neighborhood, and private pools. Active in the community in promoting water safety and drowning prevention.

 

Swim Program Director        Famewell Montessori School        2007-2008

 

Organized swim program and provided swim lessons and instructors to bilingual (Chinese and English) students from 3 to 13 years old at Famewell Montessori School in Sugarland, TX. Directed and trained swim teachers.

 

Gym Director        Dave Rabb’s Gym        1983-1986

 

Director of three different gyms for children in Southern California. Taught tumbling and movement to children under the age of seven. Helped develop MyGym program.

 

Diving Coach        Diablo Valley College (DVC)        2009 and 2010 seasons

 

Springboard Diving Coach for DVC in Pleasant Hill, CA. Taught high school and college students the mechanics and fundamentals of diving. Developed college diving team that competed at regional and state meets; developed team spirit, winning attitude, and sportsmanship conduct.

Springboard Diving Coach for students at Beverly Hills High School, Beverly Hills, CA. Taught mechanics, fundamentals and balance of techniques of diving for competition at high school level.

 

Swimming and Diving Coach        Boulder City Eagles        1976

 

Swimming and Springboard Diving Coach for Boulder City Eagles, Boulder City, NV. Taught swimming and diving to 135 members of recreational swimming and diving team
